How to Find Us High Peaks Hospice and Palliative Care covers a service area of over 4600 square miles. Providing services within such a broad and in many cases sparsely populated territory can be a daunting endeavor – particularly when you remember that during much of the year we must provide these services in spite of rugged and hazardous winter travel conditions. To better serve you we have three offices.
The Tri-Lakes office, located in Saranac Lake, serves southern Franklin, western Essex, and parts of St Lawrence and Hamilton counties. 19 Church St The Essex Office, located in Mineville, serves all of Essex County with the exception of Western Essex county, which receive services through our Tri-Lakes Office. 12 Tom Phelps
